Acceptance of Terms
By using our website or services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Enrollment and Tuition
Registration
To enroll in a ABC Bartending College program, you must complete a registration form and pay the required tuition. Enrollment is subject to availability and acceptance.
Tuition and Fees
- Tuition must be paid in full or per approved payment plan before starting class
- Payment plans are available for qualifying students
- Additional fees may apply for materials, certifications, or rescheduling
Refund Policy
Refund eligibility depends on timing and circumstances. Generally:
- Full refund if cancelled more than 7 days before class start
- 50% refund if cancelled within 7 days of class start
- No refund after class begins, except in documented emergencies
- Transfer to another session or location may be available as an alternative
Student Responsibilities
As a student, you agree to:
- Attend classes as scheduled and complete required coursework
- Behave professionally and respectfully toward instructors and classmates
- Follow all safety guidelines during hands-on training
- Not attend class under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- Comply with all applicable laws regarding alcohol service
Certification
Upon successful completion of your program, you will receive a ABC Bartending College certificate. This certificate indicates completion of training but does not guarantee employment or replace any state-required licensing.
Job Placement Services
We provide job placement assistance to graduates. However, we do not guarantee employment. Job placement rates are based on graduates who actively utilize our career services.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and curriculum materials, is owned by ABC Bartending College and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or distribute our materials without permission.
Website Use
When using our website, you agree not to:
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with the site's operation
- Submit false or misleading information
Limitation of Liability
ABC Bartending College is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount of tuition you paid.
