Add all ingredients except bitters to a shaker without ice

Dry shake vigorously for 15 seconds to emulsify the egg white

Add ice and shake again for another 15 seconds

Double strain into a rocks glass with one large ice cube

Add drops of bitters on top of the foam and drag a toothpick through for design
Pro Tips
The egg white is optional but highly recommended. For vegans, aquafaba (chickpea water) works as a substitute.
