Cafe Matou – the award winning and celebrated French restaurant in Bucktown is seeking a talented, focused bartender with an intimate knowledge of wine, Belgian ales, and small production spirits. We require that you have more experience than slinging pints of Pabst and gin and tonics – even though we love a satisfying pint of Pabst. We are looking for a person who possesses the ability to creatively and successfully combine flavors to make memorable cocktails. The shifts that are available are Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
