Up to Par Staff Management, Inc is looking for qualified servers/bartenders to work at Private Clubs in and around Sacramento. Up to Par is a Southern California based staffing agency, but the only company that provides top culinary professionals to the private club industry. We are only looking for those “diamonds in the rough”, applicants who possess leadership skills, the ability to adapt under pressure but also posses communication skills and personality. We want leaders, not followers!We require at least three years of fine dining experience, strong work ethic, as well as reliable transportation and a sense of urgency.
