Ingredients – 2 oz gin – 1 oz lemon juice – 1 tsp superfine sugar – 3 oz club soda – 1 maraschino cherry – 1 slice orange Fill a shaker half full with ice cubes, combine gin, sugar and lemon juice. Shake well. Strain the mix into a collins glass 3/4 full with ice. Add club soda. Stir and add garnish with cherry and orange slice. Serve and enjoy!
