Tom Collins Ingredients
– 2 oz gin
– 1 oz lemon juice
– 1 tsp superfine sugar
– 3 oz club soda
– 1 maraschino cherry
– 1 slice orange

Fill a shaker half full with ice cubes, combine gin, sugar and lemon juice. Shake well. Strain the mix into a collins glass 3/4 full with ice. Add club soda. Stir and add garnish with cherry and orange slice. Serve and enjoy!

Hurricane INGREDIENTS:
– 1 oz vodka
– 1/4 oz grenadine syrup
– 1 oz gin
– 1 oz light rum
– 1/2 oz Bacardi 151 rum
– 1 oz amaretto almond liqueur
– 1 oz triple sec
– Grapefruit juice
– Pineapple juice

Fill a hurricane glass 3/4 full of ice. Pour all the alcohol (no juices) in the glass, then fill with equal parts of grapefruit and pineapple juice. Serve and enjoy!
