The Clubhouse Bistro inside the Crowne Plaza Hotel Foster City is currently accepting resumes for both a F/T Bartender and P/T Cocktail Servers.
You will be responsible for providing prompt and courteous food and beverage service to guests while maximizing sales volume. You will be committed to providing outstanding customer service.

As the Bartender, you will be responsible for making and serving drinks, as well as taking food orders from guests at the bar in a busy and noisy environment.

As the Cocktail Server you will be responsible for serving food and alcohol to guests in a busy and noisy enviornment.

The Clubhouse Bistro is a sports bar that has events such as: Thurs night Karaoke, Fri and Sat night- DJ Dancing with dress code enforced. The Clubhouse Bistro has 22 HD TVs and has all the major sporting events such as Baseball and Football televised.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Acknowledge guests promptly upon arrival.

• Serve/ take food and beverage orders.

• Inform guests of the specials, soups, salads and any featured items of the day. A brief description of each item should be given and attempt to upsell at this point.

• Complete customer payment transactions according to policies and procedures.

• Performs associated duties of maintenance and garnish preparation that is involved.

• Adheres to all local and federal drinking laws and attends educational meetings on alcohol awareness.

• Notifies management of incident involving excessive alcohol consumption or impaired condition of customers.

• Check identification whenever the age of a guest, requesting an alcoholic beverage service, is questionable.

Qualifications:
* Experience in the Food and Beverage industry
* Restaurant expirience 2yrs min.
* Knowledge of wine and mixed drinks

* Abel to work anyday of the week, weekends and Holidays a must.
