Lunch, dinner and brunch shifts available. A flexible schedule is most desirable for our small
establishment.
Qualified applicants will have at least six months of white tablecloth restaurant experience. You need strong
memorization skills, there are no computers. Tickets are hand written and drink orders are called by servers, not
written. Neatness, organization and speed are necessary. Must have some liquor, wine and food knowledge (food
knowledge not necessary for bartender). Well groomed a must, vintage style a plus.
Bartender must be able to hold down a 15 seat bar and a service bar with two to three servers. Ability and
desire to build clientele is a corner stone for this family business.
