Must possess:
Minimum of 3 years experience working in an upscale and high volume atmosphere
Flexable schedule
Ability to work quickly and efficiently while remaining organized, focused, confident and with a positive attitude
Extensive knowledge of food, classic cocktails, wine, and other alcoholic beverages.
ALOHA system experience a must
Pprofessionalism, confidence, punctuality, good grooming
Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds
