Since 1927 the Roosevelt has been the playground of luminaries including Clark Gable, Carole Lombard and Marylin Monroe and the birth place of the Academy Awards. Sweeping renovations by acclaimed designed Dodd Mitchell in 2005 heralded its rebirth- a place where old Hollywood and young Hollywood entwine.
The hotel boasts 300 luxury guest rooms, including specialty suites and poolside cabana rooms, exclusive Teddy’s Bar, Tropicana Bar & pool, Dakota Restaurant and 25 Degrees restaurant, 18,000 square feet of banquets space among other hotel amenities.

The restaurant bartender will work a flexible schedule including but not limited to: ensuring customer satisfaction by handling bar transactions in a fast, efficient, and friendly manner, mix and pour drinks according to prescribed recipes or portions, reffering to recipe cards as needed, performing wait help functions for all food orders, hosting functions whenever necessary, maintaining the bar with necessary beverages, food items, paper supplies, utensils, ice and other supplies, maintaining a clean work station, and always be neatly presented and comply with grooming guidelines, work effeciently and professionally.
