Captain, Back Waiter, Barista, Bartender, Lounge Captain, Barback, Hostess/Coatcheck, Reservationist, Food Runner & Line Cook
Must be a polished individual with charisma and self -assurance to join a very results driven and execution minded team. A commitment to excellence is required. Skill set should include the following:
• Minimum of 2 years in upscale concept
• Strong service background
• Passion for food, wine and service
• Competent knowledge of food and wine
• Self-motivated starter, detail oriented and focused
• Open availability for scheduling-7 days a week
• Strong basic cooking skills and knowledge are a must
• Competent knife skills are needed
• Strong work ethic and desire to achieve are part of our culture
