Established casual fine dining restaurant is hiring a full time Head Bartender.

Requirements and duties:
-Must have 3 yrs experience and a strong knowledge of spirits and wine.
-Previously a lead bartender a plus but not mandatory.
-Be able to work 5 days a week.
-Along with the beverage manager you will over see the bar program doing monthly inventories, weekly ordering, designing signature and seasonal cocktails and overseeing the bar staff.
-Must be personable with customers.
