The primary responsibility of a Bartender is to provide our guests with quality drinks and beverages, accompanied by attentive and gracious service. A professional Bartender will be thoroughly familiar with beverage products, table service, cash control, proper merchandising and sales techniques.
BARTENDER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and most holidays
• Responsible alcohol service
• Communicating clearly and effectively
• Mixology, product knowledge and portion control
• Efficient, quality guest service
• Merchandising and suggestive selling techniques
• Entering orders into P.O.S. system
• Following proper cash handling procedures
• Maintaining a safe, organized and sanitary work area
• Teamwork with co-workers and supervisors
• Opening and closing procedures
• Phone answering
• Thanking and inviting the guests back

The primary responsibility of a barback is to keep the bartender pouring drinks.
BARBACK DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

*Collect, wash and stock glasses
*Get Ice
*Stock liquor and coolers
*Change kegs
*Keep bar and all areas wiped down and clean
*Take out recycling and trash
*Always “close to open”. Meaning having everything ready for the next day
