Spencer Cocktail Recipe

  • 3/4 oz Apricot brandy
  • 1 1/2 oz Gin
  • 1/4 tsp Orange juice
  • 1 dash Bitters
  • Twist of Orange peel
  • 1 Cherry

Mixing Details

Shake brandy, gin, orange juice, and bitters with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Add the twist of orange peel, top with the cherry, and serve.
