1 cup of ice
2 oz Cachaca
Dash of Cream
4 oz of desired flavoring: Sousop, Supuasu, Cram of Coconut Mango, Passion Fruit, Papaya, etc.
1 tsp of Sugar
Blend until Smooth

Fill a tall glass with ice.
3/4 oz Vodka
3/4 oz Southern Comfort
3/4 oz Amaretto
Dash of Sloe Gin or Grenadine
Fill with Orange Juice
Shake & Strain
Flag Garnish

• Pub open seven days/week, shifts vary monthly.
• Day/open duties include: cleaning, light cooking, stocking, receiving deliveries, food and drink serving, along with great customer service.
• Night/close shifts similar and includes clean-up and prep for deliveries.
