Toby Keith’s ‘I Love this Bar and Grill’ is coming to Great Lakes Crossing mall. We will be opening in mid-January and will be hiring for all positions during a job fair on December 15, 16 and 17 from 10 am to 4 pm. This job fair will be located at Great Lakes Crossing in the GameWorks World Sports Grille. Bartenders:
• Minimum 3 years of experience.
• We encourage flair bartending, but is not required.
• Must have great drink knowledge, speed and guest interaction.
• Must be able to have a good time.

Wait Staff:
• Minimum 2 years of experience.
• Guest interaction and positive guest experiences are a must – our staff are not “order takers”!
• Must have menu knowledge and drink knowledge.
• Must have excellent guest service skills and ability to operate in high volume.

Bar Backs:
• Minimum 2 years of experience.
• Must be cross-trained as a bartender.
• Work directly to assist bar and bartenders.
• We are a high-volume bar and must be stocked for big business to set up for success.
• Guest interaction is a must.

Cocktailers:
• Minimum 2 years of experience.
• Must be comfortable working in large crowds in a loud environment.
• Must be capable of operating in high-volume bar and have great guest interaction.

Shot Girls:
• Minimum 1 year of experience.
• Must be available for evening shifts.
• Must be able to sell shots, beer tub also available.

Bus Persons:
• Minimum 2 years of experience.
• Speed and thoroughness are expected.
• Must be able to assist the restaurant and servers in all aspects.

Hosts:
• Minimum 1 year of experience.
• Must have great big smiles with an upbeat and welcoming attitude.
• Must be able to control the door flow and waiting list.

Line Cooks, Dishwashers/Stewards, Prep Cooks, Butcher/Smokers and Food Runners:
• Minimum 2 years of experience.
• AM/PM shifts available.
• Must have ability to follow direct orders, execute quality food and reproduce recipes.
• Must be able to perform to high standards and under stressful circumstances.

Retail Shop:
• Minimum 1 year experience.
• AM/PM shifts available.
• Friendly, knowledgeable, customer detailed, sales oriented persons needed.
• Focused and independent skills a must.

Security Personnel & Doormen:
• Minimum 1 year experience.
• PM shifts available.
• Night club and bar venue experience preferred.
• Able to be professional with calm demeanor in a loud and rowdy country atmosphere.

Sound, Lighting A/V Production:
• Minimum 3 years experience.
• PM shifts available.
• Not just a DJ that spins MP3’s…..
• This is a sound technician with lighting and band interaction position.
