Up to Par Staff Management, Inc is looking for qualified servers/bartenders to work at Private Clubs in and
around Sacramento. Up to Par is a Southern California based staffing agency, but the only company that provides top
culinary professionals to the private club industry. We are only looking for those “diamonds in the rough”,
applicants who possess leadership skills, the ability to adapt under pressure but also posses communication skills
and personality. We want leaders, not followers!We require at least three years of fine dining experience, strong
work ethic, as well as reliable transportation and a sense of urgency. You must have internet access, cell phone
and we are planning on April 1st start date. You must look conservative, although we do not require a photo, you
must not have the following: visible tattoos, long hair, multiple piercings, facial or tongue piercings etc…Working
for Up to Par can give you the flexibility to pick and choose your schedule. As we enter the banquet season, we
will have work Monday-Sunday, both AM and PM shifts. We do offer holiday pay (1.5 regular) for Easter, Mother’s Day
