Availabile evenings as necessary (2-3shifts/week)
This is a physically demanding position that will occasionally bring late hours. Description follows.
Assist the Bartender(s) by doing the following:
*cleaning glasses
*busing & wiping bartop
*keeping juices & garnishes stocked
*keeping ice bins adequately filled
*breaking down & recycling empty fruit and liquor boxes
*helping to breakdown & clean bar at end of night
*assisting with beer, wine, espresso drinks & sodas in the well when tickets are piling up
*generally keeping bar clean, orderly, stocked & running smoothly
*aiding the bartender(s) in their sidework
*clean and organize liquor room and bar walk-in
*working quickly, quietly and effectively
Note that this is not a bartending job, but rather a bartender’s assistant.
Sales experience not necessary.
Socializing is reserved for before and after shifts.
