Bar Back Needed:

New Cocktail bar looking for experienced Bar Back. Located in Union Square.
Looking for a self starter, team player and multi-tasker. Spirit and cocktail knowledge is a plus but not required.

Job Duties will include:

1. Daily Juicing (lime, lemon, grapefruit, egg whites, orange juice)
2. Keeping juice pars set
3. Weekly Syrup making (simple syrup, grenadine, etc)
4. Setting wells up for the bartenders

6. Cleaning glassware and re-stocking
