Job Description:
Greets and establishes repor with guests
Suggestively sells appetizers and drink upgrades to guests at the bar
Prepares drink orders for servers and guests according to recipe specifications or special requests
Complies with all state and federal liqour laws by requesting that guests present a valid form of ID
Adheres to alcohol awareness procedures for preventing intoxication
Enter guests’ take out orders into POS system to fulfill orders
Process payment transactions using POS system
Changes Beer kegs, soft drink containers and CO2 tanks to ensure freshness of product
Fills 5 gallon buckets with ice and carries them to bar ice well and replace as ice melts
Makes food and drink recomendations to indecisinve guests
Among other duties that will be explained in depth when applying for this position.
