Crimson Lounge is looking for a part time barback. Job responsibilities include, ensuring bar is completely set up for service and all required items are stocked and in place for guests. Stocking bar with glassware, liquor and supplies, servicing the bar during the shift, cleaning and replenishing supplies and assisting bartender and servers in maintaining stocking and cleanliness. Organizational and sanitation skills required along with previous experience as a barback in a bar or lounge setting required.

Cool little neighborhood joint on the northwest side of Chicago is looking for quality bartender. Unfortunately one of my GIRLS is leaving to head back home, sadly I need to replace her. You will have big shoes to fill because none of my customers want to see her leave (neither do I). For starters, be cool,honest and reliable, have the ability to get to know customers and remember their names. We have a pretty good thing going on here,not looking for someone to screw that up…..Drama issues are frowned upon!!! Thieves will be prosecuted!!!

Day shifts and evenings will be available,having a reliable automobile is very helpful(most likely necessary,no bus after 10pm), being local would be a good thing, having a customer following would be an interesting twist.

I will be holding two days of “open interviews” a decision is not gonna be made until the last interview of day two, so there is no need for everyone to show up in the very first hour unless you enjoy waiting around (just a tip from prior experiences).
