Ingredients -

  • 1 1/2 oz Scotch
  • 1/2 oz Sweet Vermouth
  • 1/2 oz Dry Vermouth
  • 2 dashes Bitters

Mixing Details

In a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes, combine all of the ingredients. Stir well. Strain into a cocktail glass.

Ingredients -

  • 1 1/4 oz Butterscotch schnapps
  • 1 1/4 oz Bailey’s
  • 1 1/4 oz Goldschlager
  • Float Sambuca

Mixing Details

Shake and Strain the Butterscotch, Bailey’s, and Goldschlager into a cocktail glass. Float the Sambuca, then sprinkle Cinnamon or Nutmeg into drink (Before you flame the drink). Just before presentation, flame the drink. As the Sambuca burns, the cinnamon will sparkle. A dazzling effect if the bartender or server is walking with the drink while it’s burning (give the comet a tail).

  • 1 3/4 oz Bacardi Light rum
  • 1 oz Lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp Sugar syrup
  • 1 dash Grenadine

Mixing Details

In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine all of the ingredients. Shake well. Strain into a cocktail glass.

Ingredients -

  • 2 oz Brandy (Courvoisier)
  • 1 1/2 oz Grand Marnier
  • Juice of 1/2 Lemon
  • Ice cubes
  • Sugar

Mixing Details

Stir liquors and juice over ice gently. Sugar rim of chilled cocktail glass and strain.

Ingredients -

  • 1 1/4 oz Gin
  • 1/4 oz Maraschino liqueur
  • Juice of 1 Lemon
  • A few pinch Sugar

Mixing Details

Fill cocktail shaker with ice. Juice the lemon and add to the shaker. Add a little sugar, if desired. Pour in gin and maraschino, and shake. Serve straight up in a cocktail glass.

  • 1 oz Cointreau
  • 1 splash Sweet Vermouth

Mixing Details

Shake lillet and cointreau with ice. Strain into cocktail glass. Add splash of vermouth for color.

Ingredients -

  • 1 1/2 oz Tequila
  • 1/2 oz Rose’s sweetened lime juice
  • Grenadine
  • 4 oz Orange juice

Mixing Details

Add ice into a tall-stemed cocktail glass, pour grenadine over ice, add enough that some settles on the bottom of the glass Add tequila, orange juice, and lime juice into shaker with ice. Shake thourghly. Garnish with a straw, lime wedge OR orange and cherry.

  • 1 tsp Apricot brandy
  • 1 tblsp Lime juice

Mixing Details

In a shaker half filled with ice, shake ingredients vigorously. Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon twist and serve.
