. Wine knowledge a must, old and new word ’s wines
. Must possess a great aptitude for service.
. Be courteous and tactful.
. Understand sales techniques.
. Should understand Culinary terms and have already been exposed to French and European menus.
. The command of the French language would be greatly appreciated but not required.
. The candidates should perform well in a fast pace French bistro type of environment and yet be able to give an astounding performance in the dining room.
. Appearance and Well Groomed presentation is essential.

. His or Her role will play a leadership position in the diverse presentations of The Extensive wine lists the ‘Le Marche” and “Bar-Marche” will offer to its
Customers.
. He or She will be able to perform “wine service and decantage” as well.
. . The candidates should perform well in a fast pace french bistro type of environment and yet be able to give an astounding performance to his guests.
. Appearance and Well Groomed Presentation are essential.
