Paul Martin’s American Bistro is an upscale American restaurant with the bohemian feel of San Francisco and the Napa Valley, offering simply prepared, flavorful food with the finest ingredients available, including line caught wild fish, free range meats and poultry, and organic produce. Paul Martin’s American Bistro is looking for Servers, Hosts, Porters and a Bartender for our store in Roseville, California. We would expect you to have a minimum of 2 years experience and be 21 years of age or older. Servers should be familiar with California and Local wines. Hosts should have previous experience in a restaurant or other service industry, with excellent phone and computer skills. Porters need only be willing to work hard with good communication skills and a friendly demeanor. Bartending applicants must be mature and high volume experienced, and currently working.
