*Banquet Captain: This position is responsible for supervising banquet staff and working directly with clients. Also responsible for light paperwork and guest check preparation. Prior experience as Banquet Captain prefered.
SALARY LEVEL: COMPETITIVE SALARY
*Restaurant Host/Hostess: The Sacramento Marriott is looking for a service oriented RESTAURANT HOST/ESS for our authentic contemporary Italian restaurant-Formaggio. Must have excellent service skills. This is a part time position.
SALARY LEVEL: $8-$9 per hour
*Restaurant Server: Responsible for enthusiastically serving our guests food & beverages for our restaurant, Formaggio Taverna & Patio.
SALARY LEVEL: $8 + Gratuity
*Banquet Set up: Responsible for setting up furniture, coffee & water stations & vacuuming & cleaning meeting rooms. Must be able to lift 25lbs or more & be available for nights including some graveyard scheduling & weekends.
SALARY LEVEL: $8 per hour + banquet service charge
*Temporary Catering Administrative Assistant: Responsible for all clerical duties for busy catering office to include: answering phones, typing correspondence, shipping & receiving & filing documents. Must have at least 2 years clerical experience, able to type 40-50 wpm, & have previous Microsoft Word & Excel experience. Delphi experience is preferred. Qualified candidate must be customer service oriented with excellent organization skills. Previous hotel catering experience is preferred. This is a temporary position.
SALARY LEVEL: Competitive/Depends on experience
