Ella Dining Room and Bar, a world class restaurant opened by the same
family who introduced The Kitchen Restaurant and Selland’s Market Café
to Sacramento, seeks a bartender-mixologist to contribute to one of
the best cocktail bars in the area. This position represents a unique
opportunity to join an established company in the exciting and growing
food and wine market of Downtown Sacramento.

The ideal candidate will have excellent social skills, be highly
motivated and feel comfortable working in a demanding leadership
position that requires multi-tasking while providing a high level of
service. Candidate also should have sufficient experience and
liquor/wine knowledge to hit the ground running. The ideal person for
this job also must be very reliable, highly organized, creative,
well-versed at controlling costs, and have a passion for service and
the restaurant business.
