The right person will have a country attitude and be able to:
handle and account for cash and manage bar tabs,
dress appropriately, provide service with perception, continuity, and care..
Develop awareness of regulary customers and their regular interests, remember customers, make new
introductions,
and provide regular service at the best standards possible.
