Must be experienced, motivated energetic professional with strong work ethics and have an aptitude to learn new things and demonstrable salesmanship. Requires attention to detail and the ability to multi-task. Sake knowledge a plus. Shifts will be for Thursday, Friday and/or Saturday evenings to 2am. This is a specialty bar – only sake, shochu, beer and wine bar – no other liquors are served. Must be over 21 to apply.
