Absinthe Cocktail

In an Absinthe glass, or a short parfait glass:
1 oz Absinthe
Place Absinthe spoon holding sugar cube over glass
Slowly drip 3 oz cold water over the sugar to melt into drink
Often offered with a tangerine garnish.
