Perfect Rob Roy Recipe

  • 2 1/2 oz Scotch
  • 1 tsp Sweet Vermouth
  • 1 tsp Dry Vermouth
  • 1 Maraschino cherry

Mixing Details

In a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes, combine the Scotch, sweet vermouth, and dry vermouth. Stir well. Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with the cherry or a lemon twist.

OVERVIEW/BASIC FUNCTION:
Take food and beverage orders, retrieve and serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages and food orders to guest tables according to hotel specifications, courteously and efficiently. Collect payments. Assist in the maintenance of the restaurant area and equipment.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience: Minimum three years experience as a fine dining server.
Minimum two years Bartending and food service experience. Excellent communication skills. Well organized, self motivated, team oriented and have a strong desire to succeed.
Desirable: A general knowledge of wines, varietals, appellations, and regions and full knowledge of spirits cognacs and ports.
