Delmonico Cocktail Recipe
- 1 oz Gin
- 1/2 oz Brandy
- 1/2 oz Sweet Vermouth
- 1/2 oz Dry Vermouth
- 1 dash Bitters
- 1 twist of Lemon peel
Mixing Details
In a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes, combine the gin, brandy, sweet vermouth, dry vermouth, and bitters. Stir well. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with the lemon twist.

Catta Verdera Country Club of Lincoln, CA is currently recruiting for a full time Bartender to ensure the delivery of upscale,consistent service to all Club Members and guests.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to handling all guest orders according to Catta Verdera service standards, mixing ingredients, liquors, sodas, water, and juices to prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Cleaning and sanitizing bar areas. Use of NCR cashiering, collecting money and coordinating paperwork. Engaging in conversation with guests. Ordering necessary supplies. Preparing fruits and garnishes for drinks, and maintaining bar area in terms of cleanliness.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience as a bartender, a strong work history, excellent customer service and a desire to work in the hospitality industry. He or she will also have proven detail orientation, organizational, and multi tasking skills.
This position requires the ability to work a flexible schedule, inclusive of weekends, nights and holidays, excellent verbal communication and a polished appearance. Candidates must be at least 21 years of age to be considered for this position.
This position reports to Food and Beverage Manager.
