Cocktail Ingredients -

  • 1 oz Brandy
  • 1 oz white Creme de Cacao
  • 1 oz Light cream
  • Nutmeg

Mixing Details

Shake all ingredients (except nutmeg) with ice and strain contents into a cocktail glass. Sprinkle nutmeg on top and serve.

  • 1 Maraschino cherry

Mixing Details

In a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes, combine the bourbon and sloe gin. Stir and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with the cherry.

• At least one year previous bartending experience in full service restaurants and/or private clubs
• Strong knowledge of beverage mixology
• Outgoing and friendly personality with exceptional customer service skills
• Reliable, flexible, and punctual
• Good organizational skills and capable of following outlined procedures
• Effective team player who supports fellow employees

Helpful/Not necessary:
• Food service skills
