BARTENDER

POSITION SUMMARY:

Takes and mixes cocktail orders for bar guests. Takes food orders for bar guests. Performs as service bartender for wait staff, preparing drinks, providing change and accepting cash deposits. Ensures exceptional service by anticipating guest needs and individualizing service through reading verbal and nonverbal communication and involving guests in the ESPN Zone experience according to their wishes. Provides efficient and friendly service by following the SCORE service philosophy (Standards, Connect with the guests, Over-deliver, Respect, Evaluate) throughout the bar experience.

· Provides clean ashtray after two butts

· Constantly cleans bar top

· Keeps back bar clean and organized

· Uses beer/beverage dispensers, blenders, cappuccino machine, glass washers, frozen drink machines

· Changes beer kegs, weighing up to 50 lbs.

· Works on your feet for up to 8 hours per shift, or longer if needed

· Builds regular clientele

· Monitors VIP bar entrance

· Has general understanding of merchandise and entertainment center operations
