Knickerbocker Cocktail Recipe

• 3/4 oz Dry Vermouth
• 1/4 tsp Sweet Vermouth
• 1 1/2 oz Gin
• 1 twist of Lemon peel

Mixing Details

Stir all ingredients (except lemon peel) with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Add the twist of lemon peel and serve.

New Italian Bistro concept and World Class Special Event Facility in DTC

Opening in the heart of the DTC on December 1st, Mangia Bevi Cafe is a fast-casual restaurant concept that will be open from 7:30 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Adjoining the restaurant is Palazzo Verdi, a separate world class event facility. We are currently hiring for the following positions which will help in the opening of the facility.

-Runner/Server
-Barista/Bartender

Ø Weekday daytime schedule to provide both breakfast and lunch service. Previous experience required and fast casual dining cuisine a plus. Must be customer focused as well as have the ability to manage multiple tasks.
