Before attending bartending classes, I thought the job was all about entertaining and impressing the customers. Little did I know that just like any other profession, it's a serious job that requires concentration. Once a pretty girl was glued to my round of exhibition so to have her ogle at me, I did something out of my usual routine so I ended up breaking wine bottles. Besides embarrassing myself, it almost cost me my job.

Well, the key is to find the middle of the road between entertaining and engaging your guests while being able to stay productive. A successful bartender's key trait is multi-tasking!
